The new kitchen line created by Coltellerie MAserin is the result of careful study of materials and ergonomics applied to kitchen tools. The blades are cut by laser machine, they are made of steel with high carbon components, their sharpen edge is perfect and long-lasting. Their olive or P.O.M. (mytilene poli-oxide) handles have a very ergonomic shape that guarantees a perfect grip and an elegant look. They are all finished by CNC machine.

All the knives are packed in a nice gift box of recyclable cardboard with a satin plastic cover.

Their award-winning design was chosen to represent the important relationship between Quality Maniago and the well-known Montasio Cheese.

Fixed blade with very high quality, created for the evisceration of claw's animals.

This is a fixed blade, simple and light, with 23 cm of lenght ( 11 cm of blade with 4 mm of thickness ) and made in N690 steel, 60HRC, : one of the best at the world with high contents of carbon and hardness that allow to operate without lose the edge of knife. The serration close to the handle is to ease the work on bone parts. The handle has been made in three different versions : in very sturdy resin G10 for black and orange (high visibility) colours and in od green Micarta.

The scales are ergonomics to allow very hard the slip during working phases. Maximum safety, guaranteed by generous guard and knurling at the top of the blade, which will make it extremely difficult to lose grip.
